Peptides labelled in IU, and the two with no human dose on record, are left off. Every dose for every vial size is on the peptide dosage chart.
The conversions, in three lines
- 100 units is 1 mL on a U-100 syringe. 10 units is 0.1 mL.
- 1 mg is 1,000 mcg.
- mg in the vial divided by mL of water is mg/mL. Dose in mg divided by mg/mL, times 100, is units.

What is a peptide cheat sheet?
A single table with the mixing numbers for each peptide: vial size, water, concentration and what one dose is in syringe units.
Are these recommended doses?
No. Each row shows the first dose on that peptide's chart and where it comes from. Many are reported ranges that no human trial has tested.
Which syringe is the sheet written for?
A U-100 insulin syringe, where 100 units is 1 mL.
What if my vial is a different size?
The units change with the vial and the water. Open the peptide's dosage page for its other vial sizes, or use the peptide calculator.
