The range reported for ipamorelin is 100 to 300 mcg per injection, one to three times a day. Every published human dose was given into a vein and set by body weight, and the one trial with results found no benefit over placebo. It is not approved in the US or Canada.

The range reported for CJC-1295 without DAC is 100 to 300 mcg per injection, one to three times a day. No human study of this form was found, so it has no tested dose, half-life or safety data. It is a different molecule from CJC-1295 with DAC and from sermorelin.

The range reported for CJC-1295 with DAC is 1 to 2 mg a week, as one injection or split in two. Human studies dosed it by body weight, 30 to 90 mcg per kg, and measured hormone levels only. Its half-life is about 6 to 8 days. It is not approved in the US or Canada.

The range reported for sermorelin is 200 to 500 mcg a day at bedtime, by injection under the skin. The dose studied in children was set by body weight: 30 mcg per kg at bedtime. The approved product, Geref, was discontinued in 2008, so no approved sermorelin is on sale.

Tesamorelin is injected under the skin of the abdomen once a day. The label dose depends on the product: 2 mg for the original Egrifta, 1.4 mg for Egrifta SV and 1.28 mg for Egrifta WR. It is approved in the US for one use, excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV.

The range reported for IGF-1 LR3 is 20 to 100 mcg a day. No human study of IGF-1 LR3 was found, so it has no tested dose, half-life or safety data. It was made as a laboratory reagent and is a different molecule from mecasermin, the approved form of IGF-1.
