The range reported for BPC-157 is 250 to 500 mcg once or twice a day by injection under the skin. No human study has tested that. The only human reports are three small ones, covering 2 to 16 patients each, and none of them injected it under the skin. It is not approved in the US or Canada.

KPV

US Not approved Canada Not authorized

ARA-290

US Not approved Canada Not authorized

No approved dose exists. In published phase 2 trials ARA-290 (cibinetide) was injected under the skin at 4 mg once a day for 28 days, and one trial compared 1, 4 and 8 mg a day. An earlier trial gave 2 mg into a vein three times a week. It is not approved in the US or Canada.

MGF

US Not approved Canada Not authorized

There is no established dose of MGF. No published human study has given the peptide at any dose, and the evidence is cell and animal work that one industry lab could not repeat. Reports describe 100 to 200 mcg after training, which is not a label dose. It is not approved in the US or Canada.

Cartalax

US Not approved Canada Not authorized

There is no established dose of Cartalax. No published human study of this peptide was found at any dose or by any route; the evidence is cell culture and rat work from one research group.
