The range reported for injected GHK-Cu is 1 to 3 mg a day. No human study has injected GHK-Cu on its own. The human trials put it on the skin as a cream or gel. It is not an approved drug in the US or Canada.

Melanotan II

The amounts reported for Melanotan II are a 250 to 500 mcg test dose, then 100 to 200 mcg two or three times a week. The three small human studies, 23 men in all, dosed it by body weight for no longer than 2 weeks. It has never been approved, and FDA and Health Canada warn against it.
